Professional experience

Specialising in trademark and design law, Claire is involved in the management and enhancement of client portfolios. She handles disputes relating to the validity of intellectual property titles, counterfeiting and unfair competition.

She also assists clients before European courts in trademark and design matters and represents them in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Claire is a member of ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles).

She also teached Industrial Property (trademarks, designs, contracts) at INPI and IEEPI.
