An engineer by training, Anne-Sophie AURIOL joined LAVOIX in 2014 after various experiences in R&D in the fields of optics and signal processing. She has been a partner since 2020.

Professional experience

Through her initial training and experience, Anne-Sophie has a specific expertise in patents in the fields of electronics, photonics (optronics, imaging, laser, radiometry, optical systems, ophthalmic optics) and in the digital field (signal and image processing, machine learning, algorithms, quantum computing). In these fields, she works for clients in a variety of sectors, including medical, defense, transportation and quantum computers.

Anne-Sophie assists companies of all sizes and research institutes in the development of their patent portfolio and strategy. In addition to drafting and monitoring patent grant procedures, she conducts patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate studies, and portfolio studies. She also acts in litigation matters in the context of opposition, appeal and infringement procedures.

Anne-Sophie is also a trainer for the ASPI (Association Française des Spécialistes en Propriété Industrielle) for the preparation of the European qualifying examination.
