Isabelle began her career in IP in Germany in 2007, working in the legal department of an American multinational consumer goods company.  In 2024, Isabelle joined Lavoix after having also worked in the legal department of a major agrochemical group and in private practice.

Professional experience

Isabelle assists Lavoix’s clients in defining and implementing their industrial property strategy.

Isabelle provides her expertise to help them protect their innovations, defend their rights and ensure their freedom to operate. Isabelle is involved in the acquisition of rights (drafting patent applications and taking care of grant procedures in France and abroad) and in opposition proceedings before the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle and the European Patent Office. She also carries out patentability and validity analysis, and freedom-to-operate assessments.
