Professional experience

An Attorney at the Paris Bar since 2018 and holder of a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law (University Paris XII) and a LL.M at the University of California, Berkeley (certificate “Law and Technology”), (Certificate « Law and Technology »), Charlotte uses all of her skills on behalf of Lavoix’s clients and works in close collaboration with the partners of the firm.

Fluent in English, Charlotte’s activity covers all areas of intellectual property (e.g. patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, know-how), both as a litigator and advisor. In the course of her past experience, she has developed particular expertise in patent litigation in the pharmaceuticals and telecommunications technical fields, as well as in pharmaceutical regulatory law.

Charlotte is a member of the APRAM and the AIPPI.
