Eva is involved in new patent application filing and prosecution in France and abroad, as well as in patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate studies. She also participates in oral proceedings before the Opposition Divisions and Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office.

Eva works in close collaboration with the Lavoix partners and provides services to large international groups as well as to public research organizations and SMEs.
