After an internship in a Patent and Trademark Firm as well as a conference run by the National Institute of Intellectual Protection (Institut National de la Protection Intellectuelle – INPI), Fabrice LECOCQ was drawn to the field. He thus joined Lavoix in 2009 after an initial experience in a firm with a presence in France and internationally.

Professional experience

With a degree from the National Graduate School of Electricity and Mechanics of Nancy and a Masters in Mechanics from the University of Nancy, Fabrice LECOCQ provides Lavoix’s clients with true expertise in drafting new patent applications, in particular in the fields of mechanics, electronics, electricity and physics. Fabrice also monitors grant procedures in France and abroad.

Thanks to his specialized training, Fabrice provides consultations, handles oppositions relative to mechanics, and monitors examination procedures. He also deals with patentability, validity and freedom to operate studies.

Fabrice LECOCQ works in close collaboration with the LAVOIX partners mainly for large groups in the automotive, transportation and naval industry sectors, as well as SMEs.
