Professional experience

After a double degree in law and art history at the University Panthéon-Assas and Sorbonne University, partly in Dublin, and a LL.M. in intellectual property at the Maurer School of Law in the United States, Claire obtained two Master degrees at the University Panthéon-Assas, one in “Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law” and the other in “Art Market and Art Heritage Law”.

Fluent in English, Claire practices as an advisor and a litigator, in all areas of intellectual property (e.g. patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, know-how, personal data), for both French and foreign clients.

Prior to joining Lavoix, Claire worked not only in law firms specialised in intellectual property and art law but also in a well-known company in the wine and spirits manufacturing and distribution sector.
