Professional experience
Soizic assists Lavoix’s clients in defining their industrial property strategy. She is invloved in drafting patent applications and monitoring examination procedures in France, Europe and abroad. Soizic also conducts patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate studies and is involved in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the French Patent Office (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle – INPI).
As a professor at the CEIPI (Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies), Soizic also trains future IP professionals.
