Originally focusing on personal data law and digital field, Jeanne BRETON has gradually built up her expertise in all areas of intellectual property and digital law in order to provide extensive support to the clients of Lavoix, which she joined in 2022.

Professional experience
Jeanne studied law at the University of Paris-Saclay and at the University of Aix-Marseille, in the fields of intellectual property law and digital law. Following several experiences in legal departments, at the Cour de cassation and in French and international law firms, she joined Lavoix in 2022 as a student lawyer, then as a attorney-at-law.
She works in close collaboration with the partners of Lavoix to assist French and foreign clients in counseling and litigation in all areas of intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, patents, designs) and digital law (personal data, e-commerce), as well as in competition law and contract law. During her past experiences, she has developed a particular interest in matters related to innovation and new technologies.
