Graduated from the Goethe University with a degree in Chemistry and a PhD focused on Biochemistry, Karla WERNER brings her know-how to Lavoix’s overseas clients (United States, China, Japan and Taiwan), in particular in the drafting of new patent applications, the follow-up of their grant procedures in France and abroad, as well as opposition and appeal procedures before the European Patent Office.

Her expertise also includes patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate studies.
