With biology training from AgroParisTech, Victoria KLECTHKA provides true expertise to Lavoix’s clients in drafting new patent applications relative to this field and also participates in monitoring grant procedures in France and abroad.
Due to her training, Victoria is responsible for handling oppositions as well as conducting patentability and validity studies, as well as freedom to operate studies.
