Professional experience

Pierre-Emmanuel received dual training in intellectual property law and management, and handles contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of intellectual property law. In particular, he supports and advises Lavoix’s clients on all patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright and unfair competition disputes.

Pierre-Emmanuel MEYNARD also has considerable experience in pharmaceutical law, which he provides to Lavoix’s clients in their disputes relative to the launch and marketing of medicinal products and medical devices.

Aside from disputes, Pierre-Emmanuel supports and advises Lavoix’s clients in contractual matters, in particular to draft and negotiate research and partnership agreement as well as intellectual property rights transfer or licensing agreements. Pierre-Emmanuel MEYNARD also advises Lavoix’s clients on issues related to new technologies, domain names and personal data. He also works on business acquisitions or transfers, in particular to audit intellectual property rights and agreements.

He works in close collaboration with the Lavoix partners, primarily for industrial companies and pharmaceutical laboratories around the world.

Pierre-Emmanuel is a member of several associations in the intellectual property field, including the European Association of Patent Practitioners (APEB), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the EPLAW (European Patent Lawyers Association).
