He deals mainly with agreements pertaining to licensing, the communication of know-how, research and cooperation, confidentiality, co-ownership and coexistence agreements.

Philippe is a member of and participates in the INTA (International Trademark Association), APRAM Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners [Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles], AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and L.E.S. France (Licensing Executives Society).
