Thanks to his experience in industry and in industrial property law firms, Vincent has acquired extensive experience in patent prosecution and the implementation of IP strategies. His work includes patentability and freedom-to-operate studies. He is involved in opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as in litigation and IP audits.
