Michael SCHLAUCH is in particular concerned with drafting new patent applications as well as further patent prosecution. A particular focus lies on opposition procedures before the European Patent Office as well as grant proceedings abroad. Michael´s expertise also includes conducting patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate studies. He further advises clients in trademark matters and on aspects of the German Employee Invention Act.
