Gwénaël works both nationally and internationally on protection, defense and leveraging strategies for trademarks, designs and models, copyrights and domain names. He also assists his clients in global trademark and designs portfolios management, contracts drafting and negotiation, pre-litigation procedures and audits, in fields as diverse as the pharmaceutical industry, the luxury industry and sports.
Gwénaël is a member of the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and the GRAPI (Groupe Rhône-Alpes pour la protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle. He is also a Master 2 trainer at the Université Lumière Lyon 2.
