After an Industrial Property Master Degree at Paris II Assas, Elisa VERGNAUD obtained the Bar Exam as well as the National Exam allowing her to become a Trademark & Design Attorney.
Elisa VERGNAUD is involved in the management of trademarks and designs portfolios, as well as responses to notices, prior right searches, national and Community opposition and cancellation proceedings before the French National Trademark Institute (INPI) and the European Union Office (EUIPO) and abroad, as well as any consultation relating to these matters.
Elisa VERGNAUD works in close collaboration with LAVOIX’s partners, mainly on behalf of French and international clients in various sectors of activity.
